A good friend of mine, an actor, recommended I read "The Wind in the Willows".... Yes, I know, I should have read it as a child, but instead, I was engrossed in Nietzsche. But now, I think it’s fortunate that I read it now, because my mind, inspired by a mix of Nietzsche and Byron, simply would not have appreciated this book. Only now do I understand all its nuances, its comfort, and its beauty.
